This pdf manual will teach you how to draft an elastic waist three-tiered skirt for any length or body size. This skirt has an elastic waistband and three tiers of gathered fabric that gradually increase in length from top to bottom. The pdf includes tutorials for how to draft an elastic waistband to your style preferences, how to calculate fabric width when designing gathers and how to draft a skirt that is proportional at any length. Additionally, there are instructions for drafting three variations on the tiers: a two tier skirt, a reverse two tier skirt and a five tier skirt.
